Different to the factory just simple assemble the ultrasonic devices, we also do research, developing and production of the ultrasonic cleaner devices. Many of our ultrasonic washers we produced are designed and produced by us. We know forefront technology for ultrasonic cleaning, some of our ultrasonic equipments are with unique technology to ensure top quality.
Our ultrasonic cleaner equipment is different small appliance. The ultrasonic cleaning equipment require technology to produce well. For some small appliance, it can work when finished assembling. But for ultrasonic cleaner devices, it needs technology on pcb. It can not clean well if pcb can not track the ultrasonic piezo vibration. Some of ultrasound cleaner device works well for first 3 months, then can't clean at all after several months,even it looks all good by external looking. That is because pcb can't track piezo vibration together. In words, ultrasonic cleaner devices needs technology to ensure good quality and durable cleaning effect.
During the production of the ultrasound cleaners, we make many quality tests when assembling. Such as, pcb test before assembling, piezo testing when assembling, and whole ultrasound cleaner testing , and then every units are on aging test. During aging test, we will check cleaning ability, water wave and hear sound of the unit work.After aging test, we also test again the ultrasound cleaner device. By all these tests to ensure good quality of our ultrasonic devices.
