Notes for using ultrasonic cleaning device
1. For using ultrasonic cleaning device,fill liquid into tank first before to start ultrasonic cleaning.
2. Do not use oil or alcohol as detergent to clean your products
3. Do not rinse the unit(ultrasonic device & uv case) when finished cleaning, The machine is only IPX4,not waterproof.
4. For our bigger ultrasonic cleaner,without no water protection, do not start ultrasonic cleaning work when tank without liquid.
5. Do not continously use ultrasonic cleaning more than 30 minutes, it will be too hot for pcb. It is bad for pcb.
Notes for using tablets:
1. When only use tablets, no ultrasonic cleaning, can use warm water to quickly dissolve the tablets.
2. When use ultrasonic cleaner with tablets together, use cool tap water to clean. Because our ultrasonic cleaner is with overheat sensor inside. If use hot water, the sensor will detect water temperature and activate overheat protection. It will stop ultrasonic cleaning.
3. The tablets solution (tablet dissolved in water) can not be used as mouth wash.
